Class Supplies & Payments

No need to buy school supplies for the school year. In an effort to reduce waste and allow teachers to get exactly what their students need, we add a school supply donation to your registration.

The collection of this donation will allow each classroom teacher to support your child's educational experience by purchasing their own supplies. We believe in the long run this will save you money and time and the teachers will have the needed tools to support lessons and projects.

Online school Payments through RevTrack

To make an online payment follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our school web store.
  2. Click on Infinite Campus Fees and Fines.
  3. Make payment using a Discover, MasterCard, or VISA debit or credit card

A payment receipt will be emailed to the address used when setting up the web store account. To view/print previous online payments or to update login information please click on My Account.

BVSD Meal Account

All students have a personal meal account which may be accessed using their six-digit student ID#. Maintaining a balance in your student’s account eliminates the need to bring lunch money each day and also helps keep the lunch lines moving.

Online and Cash Payments

To set up an account or make an online payment, go to BVSD Meal Account Payments and follow the instructions. Send cash or check (payable to Boulder Valley School District) in any dollar amount to be credited to your child’s personal meal account. Write your child’s first and last name and student ID# on the check to be sure the money is deposited in the correct account. Additional information is available on the BVSD website.
